The ERP Project Team recently implemented SAP software in the district's Purchasing and Budget areas. The process continues as we now work toward implementation for Human Resources and Payroll.

GL 5681000000 Items of Value

The GL account for Items of Value (5681000000) has been removed from the ERP GL derivation chart. The appropriate supply GL has replaced the items of value GL in the chart.

The items of value GL is still active and may be used by Grants and other areas as needed. Approvers in Grants, PBS Vegas, and Bond areas have the ability to change the GL using the GL-change enhancement as required.

Training Schedule for AUGUST

The training schedule of classes for August is now available. This includes classes for SAP, Microsoft Office (both 2003 and 2007), Acrobat, InterAct, Pathlore, and Online Absence Reporting.
